Scanning Services
We have the ability to scan any type of rigid artwork, transparencies, or negatives up to 13 x 18 inches. Every scan is individually cast-corrected and has its end points checked before being scanned. Once scanned, every image is brought into Photoshop and thoroughly cleaned and color corrected. We can provide scans in CMYK, RGB, grayscale, and bitmapped (line-art) formats and a variety of file types. We are also able to scan over-sized originals (the largest we've done so far is 48 x 56 inches!) by scanning the original in sections and assembling them together in Photoshop. And since we zoom in and line up the sections pixel to pixel, we guarantee you will not be able to tell the final image was pieced together.
iQSmart Scanner
Based on Creo XY Stitch scanning technology—the industry benchmark for uniform precision and sharpness—iQsmart scanners scan any size original at the highest resolution across the entire scanning bed. Moving on both x and y axes, the scan head is positioned directly below the center of each original. This assures consistent sharpness and resolution regardless of where the original is placed on the scanning area. With an optical resolution up to 5,500 dpi, and a maximum enlargement capability of up to 3,300 percent, XY Stitch gives you the creative freedom to produce poster-sized scans, with no reduction in image quality.
Pricing
Pricing starts at $15 for a 4x6 inch scan at 300 dpi., including cleaning and color correction, and goes up from there, depending on the final size of the scanned image. Volume pricing is available, as well as discounted pricing for scanning straight to disk without any editing.
